Validate

Confirm with the utility that the site is eligible by scheduling a site validation survey. Between the scheduling and the site visit, we will confirm with the utility. Meet on-site to complete the survey. This is billed on an hourly basis. Before the site visit, we require credit card payment authorization, and the actual hours of work performed during the visit will be charged accordingly after completion.

Provision

The equipment will be programmed, tested, and shipped. It will come ready for installation and deployment. The goal is the equipment has arrived two to three weeks after the order is placed. Expedited shipping can be quoted.

Order

Upon completing the site validation, you will receive the results via email. If your site is eligible, we will proceed to configure a list of recommended products that align with your site requirements. You will receive an invoice from our secure platform for the purchase. Our prices are set annually and remain the same for all customers.

Install

Install the equipment in compliance with utility standards. After installation, contact us to ensure everything is online and ready for testing. Coordination with the utility will be necessary for installing and testing meter equipment and remote monitoring.

Subscribe

The subscription begins when the powerWatch Edge ships. You can purchase one to five years at a time. The subscription will automatically renew 30 days before its expiration date. This ensures that your service remains uninterrupted and the site stays online. If the subscription lapses, coordination with the utility will be necessary for the site to remain online.
